After a quick presentation of the observation national network of the marine environment quality (RNO), the different metallic and organic Micropollutants measured in the three Basque coast estuaries (Adour, Nivelle, Bidassoa) are described (origin,eventual toxicity). The results of the contamination measurements in the living tissue (oysters) are presented on graphies, based on a sample every three months from 1979 to 1994, and means are compared to those obtained dming the same period on the others points of the Manche Atlantique coast.
